Your Impact:
- Lead and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring procurement objectives are aligned with business goals.
- Drive vendor performance management, establishing key performance indicators and developing reports to enhance service excellence.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending actionable insights for improvement.
- Implement vendor management programs and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Spearhead procurement initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with finance and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and optimize cost savings.
- Ensure accurate vendor performance tracking and organize routine business reviews to maintain transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, supplier relations, or procurement operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing large datasets and drawing meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in vendor master data design, project coordination, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills to effectively liaise with both vendors and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and various project management tools; knowledge of procurement or vendor management systems is an asset.
