Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Canadian Solar is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies to support our projects.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Conduct vendor research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of procurement activities and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
