Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store display.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our natural food products, including their features, benefits, and uses, to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, support store events, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or grocery.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with natural food products and their benefits.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
