- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of member interactions, advice, and transactions, while adhering to internal policy, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards.
- Support a Positive Member Experience: Supporting a positive member experience, provides back-up support to all other AC roles when needed.
- Financial Services Experience: At least 3 years or more working in financial services with at least 1 year in an advisory capacity.
- Mutual Funds Licensed: Proven previous experience with mortgage lending and selling mutual funds.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated financial acumen and knowledge of financial products and services.
- Professional Experience: Previous experience in a professional financial advisory sales environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient with using a variety of technology.
