Job Description**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse B - Supportive Care Projects Coordinator to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives in assigned long-term care homes within the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).
- Plan, design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate projects and initiatives as identified by the Continuing Care and Seniors' Health department.
- Mentor and lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives in assigned long-term care homes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff on quality improvement and risk management practices.
**Requirements:**
- Two (2) years of experience in long-term care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Advanced presentation, interpersonal, research, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and leadership strategies.
