Clinic Manager (Full-Time) - Skin Vitality Medical Clinic

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is the Provider of Botox, Juvéderm, CoolSculpting, PRP Hair Restoration, Sculptra, EMSculpt, and Fraxel in Canada with 13 Locations in Ontario. We are in search of a Clinic Manager to join our team, someone dedicated to patient care. This role demands top-notch communication, leadership, computer skills, and innovative problem-solving. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Management background is a must. Prior experience in Medical or Aesthetic Administration and/or Sales is advantageous. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Skin Vitality Medical Clinic under the direction of the Operations team
  • Manage clinic performance and patient interactions
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support, handle staff hiring and training
  • Maintain clinic flow, collaborate with departments to enhance standards

Other responsibilities include:

  • Create a high-end Medical Clinic environment
  • Monitor and meet sales goals
  • Manage clinic operations and inventory
  • Lead, train, and schedule staff
  • Handle payments and resolve discrepancies
  • Act as a primary contact for Medical Team and patients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Meet deadlines and promote company culture
  • Must handle multitasking efficiently

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and solution-oriented
  • Attention to detail and professional communication skills
  • Dependable and adaptable to new technology
  • Knowledge of services provided is beneficial
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales is advantageous
