Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
  • Educate customers on menu items, daily features, and dining hall events, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve food, ensuring accuracy and quality in every dish.
  • Stock and merchandise shelves, cereal and bread bar, salad bar, and coolers, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing environment.
  • Perform tasks such as washing and sanitizing dishes and utensils, and recording temperatures and labeling products in accordance with FIFO.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety and food safety protocols.
  • Perform other job duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts, with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
