DIRECTOR - RISK MANAGEMENT

AtkinsRéalis is currently looking for a Director - Risk Management to join the corporate risk and project oversight team. Reporting to the Vice President, Risk Management, this position has global reach and plays a key role in operationalizing the company's risk management framework and enhancing risk management practice across the business.

Summary of Role

Review and drive improvement of project risk management processes and quality of implementation across the company Participate in independent peer reviews of project performance and forecasts, advising on risk aspects Mentor and advise internal clients on risk management approaches and advance effective risk management practice, working closely to support development and implementation of effective risk treatment strategies Lead risk workshop facilitation and reviews with projects as well as at business and function levels Support users and teams in risk analysis and optimal utilization of risk management technology.

Preferred Background

University degree in engineering or technical discipline Relevant professional designation(s). MBA is an asset 10 years' experience in engineering and project roles Proven experience in commercial or risk management Full proficiency on industry-standard and specialized risk management software Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of project management, cost estimating and scheduling principles Fluent in English. French is an asset

DIRECTEUR - GESTION DE RISQUES

AtkinsRéalis est actuellement a la recherche d'un directeur de la gestion des risques pour rejoindre l'équipe de la surveillance des risques et des projets de l'entreprise. Sous la responsabilité du vice-président de la gestion des risques, ce poste a une portée mondiale et joue un rôle clé dans l'opérationnalisation du cadre de gestion des risques de l'entreprise et dans l'amélioration des pratiques de gestion de risques dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise.

Revoir et stimuler l'amélioration des processus de gestion de risques de projets et la qualité de sa mise en œuvre dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise.Participer a des revues indépendantes par les pairs des performances et des prévisions de projets, en fournissant des conseils et des recommandations sur les aspects liés aux risquesEncadrer et conseiller les clients internes sur les approches de gestion de risques et promouvoir des pratiques efficaces de gestion de risques, en travaillant en étroite collaboration pour le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies efficaces de traitement des risquesDiriger l'animation d'ateliers de risques et de revues de risques au niveau des projets, des unités d'exploitation et des fonctions d'entreprise.Soutenir les utilisateurs et les équipes dans l'analyse des risques et dans l'utilisation optimale des systèmes et technologies de gestion des risques.

Profil recherché

Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou dans une discipline techniqueTitre(s) professionnel(s) pertinent(s). Un MBA est un atout10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions d'ingénierie et de projetExpérience confirmée en gestion commerciale ou en gestion des risquesMaîtrise complète des logiciels de gestion de risques usuels et spécialisés de l'industrieExcellentes aptitudes a la communication orale et écrite et aux relations interpersonnellesSolide compréhension de la gestion de projet, de l'estimation de coûts et des principes de planification.Maîtrise complète de l'anglais. La maitrise du français est un atout.
