Property Manager

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is a leading Canadian company that has been providing affordable and secure housing to residents for over 60 years. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-residential apartment buildings.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff in the performance of their day-to-day responsibilities
  • Foster positive working relationships with and among reporting staff
  • Oversee NOI and CAPEX budget in your portfolio
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of your portfolio
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Analyze monthly financial statements
  • Be available during regular business hours and on call for emergency situations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in computer and related technology skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused
  • No experience required, but supervisory or management experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Property Management procedures and law is an asset
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
