Cleaning Professional

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Professional to join our team at Capitol Hill Apartments. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including working some weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Common Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows, laundry rooms, social rooms, swimming pools, and recreation rooms through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Suite Cleaning: Thoroughly clean vacant suites, including appliances, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies.
- Exterior Cleaning: Perform exterior cleaning duties, including general maintenance of underground garages, parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops, as well as picking up loose garbage and debris around the property.
- Reporting and Teamwork: Report any serious deficiencies in curb appeal, safety, or hazards to the Resident Manager and work collaboratively as part of a team.
