Lead Window Cleaning Supervisor

Are you seeking a role that keeps you active, allows you to work in the fresh air, and offers a competitive wage? E-Z Window Cleaning is in search of a Window Cleaning Crew Leader to enhance our team. This is a temporary, seasonal opportunity that may lead to future engagements.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Setting a positive example and collaborating with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Guiding and assisting the crew in cleaning windows thoroughly, both inside and out, with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Overseeing the cleaning of eavestroughs and managing debris removal, either manually or with a leaf blower
- Aerating lawns and skillfully maneuvering equipment around obstacles such as trees and gardens
- Safely handling ladders of various heights (6', 8', 24') for accessing windows and roofs
- Properly loading and securing equipment for transport to job sites
- Adapting to daily schedules and last-minute changes as required
- Driving the crew to various job locations
- Ensuring adherence to company safety standards by all team members
- Performing heavy lifting when necessary
- Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Communicating clearly and providing guidance to team members
- Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with clients
What You Bring to the Team:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position, ideally in window cleaning or a related field
- Dependability — arriving on time with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
- The ability to offer constructive feedback to ensure high-quality results
- Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfort with heights
- A friendly and approachable personality
- A valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Note: This role is primarily outdoors and offers full-time hours that may vary based on weather conditions and seasonal demands.

Contract Length: 3 months
Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30 – 40 per week
