Key Responsibilities:

  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, ensuring that every drink is made to perfection.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that our bar is always fully stocked.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that our guests are served responsibly, checking IDs and monitoring drink consumption to prevent over-serving.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Certifications: Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate required.
