Job Title: Bartender
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests at the bar or in the dining area.
- Manage the bar area, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure timely delivery of drinks and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Smart Serve certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous bartending experience is an asset, but not required.
