Your Role

The Bayshore Specialty Rx Field Nurse Case Manager acts as the primary contact for physicians, collaborating with the Reimbursement Specialist to guide patients throughout their support program journey.

This role thrives on teamwork, customer service, and creating positive experiences for patients in a dynamic setting.

Proficiency in languages other than French is advantageous due to regular interaction with colleagues and clients across Canadian provinces.

Qualifications Education and Experience
  • Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse (RN/RPN) license
  • Current registration with the provincial regulating body
  • Experience in Patient Support Programs
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills (English and French for Quebec and New Brunswick)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Understanding of coverage criteria and Canadian Drug Coverage Landscape
  • Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective data collection and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a paperless work environment
  • Proven teamwork skills and conflict resolution aptitude
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Familiarity with PIPEDA regulations in patient confidentiality
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
