Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Lead the culinary team to maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide leadership and coaching to both full-time and part-time staff, including training and development programs.
- Conduct interviews and hire individuals who will help grow the restaurant.
- Manage the employee weekly schedule and communicate shift priorities and responsibilities prior to the start of every shift.
- Work with a team of managers and a regional operations manager to manage and shape the restaurant's profit and loss statements.
- Exemplify exceptional leadership skills using Boston Pizza's core values and coaching.
- Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
- The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
