Job Title: Thai Cook

We are seeking a skilled Thai Cook to join our culinary team at Nakhon Thai. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including Thai specialties.

Job Summary:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Thai specialties
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers
  • Manage inventory and supplies
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
