Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Merchandising Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing and stocking fashion merchandise, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Stocking
    • Process and stock all fashion merchandise in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is facing forward.
    • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Merchandise non-modular fashion items in a visually appealing and organized manner, ensuring that products are displayed in a way that maximizes sales and customer engagement.
    • Use proper signage as dictated by the modular, and replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
