Job SummaryWe are seeking a Fashion Retail Associate to join our team at RW&CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing sales and product knowledge, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Perform register functions while using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Cover the sales floor and help ensure all visual standards are met.
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
- Availability: Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Competitive Compensation: Hiring rate of $17.30 (rate may be greater based on relevant experience).
