Join our team at ErinoakKids, a leading organization dedicated to supporting children and youth with disabilities. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Oakville Site team.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides prevention, identification, assessment, and treatment of speech, language, and feeding challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language assessments and provide intervention for children with communication disorders.
  • Manage a caseload and contribute to high-quality care through adherence to professional standards.
  • Support client families through individual and group training, providing resources to enhance communication skills at home.
  • Maintain regular contact with client families, keeping them informed of treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Two years of clinical experience working with children with special needs preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience with clinical pediatric population is preferred.
  • Well-developed clinical skills, including feeding, AAC, developmental delays/disorders, and parent/caregiver coaching.
  • Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
