Surveillance Specialist

At Grand Villa Casino Burnaby, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor gaming areas and property using audio and video equipment to ensure security and compliance.
- Identify and report unusual or suspicious activity, and take appropriate action as required by law and company policy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs, and gather information for detailed reporting.
- Assist with investigations and provide support to the surveillance team.
- Reliability, diligence, and a high level of integrity.
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience using surveillance equipment and software is an asset.
- Professional knowledge of table games is an asset.
