**Job Description:**
As an Environmental Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all facility staff receive appropriate environmental training, championing and supporting the EHSS Pillar Team, Green Team, and Sustainable Development Program. You will conduct environmental audits and regulatory inspection preparation, prepare and implement corrective actions from the Environmental Review, and participate in environmental audit processes at other facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure all facility staff receive appropriate environmental training
* Champion and support the EHSS Pillar Team, Green Team, and Sustainable Development Program
* Conduct environmental audits and regulatory inspection preparation
* Prepare and implement corrective actions from the Environmental Review
* Participate in environmental audit processes at other facilities
* Review ENV data/info to identify trends & potential areas for risk reduction, own ENV KPIs
* Communicate potential risks to facility operations leadership and corporate environmental leadership based on evaluation of ENV data

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Sciences
* 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in the environmental/engineering field
* Strong leadership skills
* Comfortable presenting to large and small groups
* Strong influential leader, able to identify and procure necessary resources to drive daily goals and objectives
* Physical demands include regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
