**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Saskatoon Home Care Office. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comprehensive care to our clients and ensuring seamless coordination and communication with staff.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality patient care, meeting client and staff needs through effective coordination and communication.
- Assist clients with system navigation and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth care delivery.
- Work collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- **Experience:** Two (2) years recent community nursing experience or three (3) years experience in a community-based health care service environment.
- **Certifications:** Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR), and Nursing diploma.
- **Competencies:** Advanced communication, decision-making, computer, mediation, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- **Knowledge and Abilities:** Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
