Operations General Manager, Restaurant Chain

Lead Restaurant Operations Manager oversees restaurant operations, manages teams, and drives business growth in a dynamic culinary environment.
Coordinate and lead operations across multiple restaurant locations and teams. Allocate resources to implement company policies and achieve operational goals.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop strategic objectives and policies to enhance business performance.
- Represent the company in negotiations and maintain positive business relationships.
- Recruit and manage middle managers and executive staff.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Several years of experience in food service operations, including a minimum of 3 years as a middle manager.
- High school diploma required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
