Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Station Attendant to join our team at Air North - Yukon's Airline. As a Station Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage and cargo, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cargo and passenger services, including loading and unloading baggage and cargo, equipment checks, and fueling.
  • Ensure compliance with Transport Canada and Air North safety regulations and policies.
  • Marshalling aircraft in and out, and ensuring the safety of aircraft, equipment, and team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must successfully complete an initial ramp training program.
  • Be physically fit, able to lift up to 75 pounds, and able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and climb repetitively.
  • Must have a Class 5 Driver's License and a clean abstract.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or show proof of right to work in Canada.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain an Airside Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP) License.
  • Prepared to work outside in all climatic conditions.
  • Previous airline experience is considered an asset.
