We operate hospitals, health centres, and community-based programs across the province, providing a variety of high-quality inpatient and outpatient services.

We're looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our team in the Northern Zone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating safe and efficient patient care services, responding to capacity issues, and supporting staff. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, management, staff, physicians, and community partners to achieve high-quality, safe, and cost-effective services.

About the Role
  • Coordinate safe and efficient patient care services in Northern Zone facilities
  • Respond to capacity issues and emergency response situations
  • Support staff and assist with unanticipated operational issues
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, management, staff, physicians, and community partners
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in an acute care setting, plus 1-2 years in a supervisory and/or leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning, organization, time management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Collaborator with demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with software programs related to bed utilization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying the principles of adult education
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use and application of the Patient Flow Dashboard (Tableau) and Meditech
Hours and Compensation
  • Permanent, Part Time; 37.5 hours bi-weekly
  • Shifts include days, nights, and weekends
  • Hourly rate: $53.35
