Become a Mobile Footwear Consultant for Mister Safety Shoes, a Canadian-owned company, driving a Shoemobile to corporate customers' workplaces to provide footwear solutions and exceptional customer service. Drive a fully stocked truck, develop relationships with corporate contacts, and work autonomously in a defined territory. **Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers' footwear needs are met with the right products and recommendations
* Develop strong relationships with corporate contacts, staying connected and conveying suggestions for improvement
* Drive a fully stocked Shoemobile to corporate customers' workplaces in a defined territory
* Conduct daily housekeeping of the Mobile, ensuring it is clean and organized
* Identify maintenance needs and communicate them to Management for repair
* Process sales and exchanges/refunds using the company's POS system

**Qualifications:**

* A D-license is required; any license class D and above is an asset
* A clean driving abstract is required
* Ability to offer flexible availability, including working various hours
* Willingness to travel and accommodate overnight stays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in varying environments
* One year of work-related experience in customer service and/or route sales-driving is required, or the capacity to undergo extended on-the-job training
* Background in retail management is advantageous
* Ability to problem solve and excel independently under pressure, while effectively prioritizing tasks and ensuring consistent high-quality performance
* Proficiency in delivering outstanding customer service, establishing a reputation for going above and beyond to meet customer needs
* Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange
* Proficiency in using POS systems to process cash/card/voucher transactions and manage customer information
* Work requires regular intensive activities, such as carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, using ladders to safely access elevated areas, and standing/sitting for extended periods, bending and/or moving comfortably in confined spaces to perform job tasks
* Work requires vigilance, concentration, and attention to detail for longer periods of time
* Work often requires frequent exposure to disagreeable elements, given the predominant nature of the role involves driving
