Senior Security Advisor
Join our team as a Senior Security Advisor and contribute to the protection of our organization's digital assets. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our systems and data.
About the Role
- Maintain and update our cybersecurity plan to ensure the highest level of protection for our organization.
- Investigate complex security incidents and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Review and analyze information to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the Legal and Human Resources teams to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement processes to maintain the chain of custody and ensure the integrity of digital evidence.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical incident response activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology, with at least 5 years in information security.
- Strong knowledge of information security management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
