As a Sales Associate at Roots, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment and adhering to company standards for product presentation, replenishment, and visual displays
  • Performing point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishing stock
  • Staying up-to-date on product and service updates to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
