About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Capital Markets to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our Capital Markets group, you will play a critical role in executing our revenue and market share growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Vice President and President, Capital Markets | Canada to develop and execute business development and client relationship management strategies.
  • Manage and lead junior members of the Capital Markets team in the preparation and completion of proposals, presentations, and other ad hoc projects.
  • Play a lead role in the preparation of proposals, pitches, and CIMs, conducting and organizing qualitative and quantitative analyses in presentation form.
  • Establish and maintain strong client communication channels to promote team operations and the Capital Markets brand.
  • Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their capabilities and provide added benefit to clients.
Requirements
  • Real Estate license required.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.
  • Strong relationships with investors, including REITs, public corporations, pension funds, and other large institutional entities.
  • Bachelor's degree. Post-secondary or advanced degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field is an asset.
