**Job Summary:**
As a Server - Part Time (Evenings), you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality-style dining room service to our residents. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of service and care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional hospitality-style dining room service to our residents
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food under the direction of the Chef
- Practice and maintain established standards for cleanliness and sanitation throughout all aspects of food preparation and service
- Promote and track a la carte and wine service sales in accordance with prescribed procedures
- Comply with all provincial regulations, established food and beverage department policies and procedures, and ORCA standards
**Requirements:**
- Must have the Smart Serve designation or Serve It Right (SIRS) designation
- One year experience in dining room service
- Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team
- Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
- Experience working with seniors and knowledge of the aging process an asset
- Proven customer service skills to work with residents of various cultural backgrounds
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills required
