We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Royal Crown Pub & Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the dining area.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:

The Royal Crown Pub & Grill is a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Server, you will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask effectively. You will also be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
