Senior Associate - Investor Services

Waystone Governance Ltd. is a leading provider of specialist services for the asset management industry. We partner with institutional investors, investment funds, and asset managers to build, support, and protect investment structures and strategies worldwide.

As a Senior Associate in our Investor Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our investor servicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process investor transaction documents in accordance with fund documentation requirements, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely capital activity tracking reports and distribute them to clients on a periodic basis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely system output and delivery of client/investor reporting.
  • Complete and maintain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements for all investor transactions.
  • Provide money movement notifications to clients and prepare wire instructions for money movement related to fund investor activity.
  • Serve as the daily client operational contact for investor servicing and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Query, problem, and error resolution on a timely basis, with documentation of all CalQ Risk.
  • Develop knowledge of performance calculations, including equalization and series of shares.
  • Maintain good working relationships with external clients, internal relationship managers, and other business units within Centaur.
  • Adhere strictly to established departmental procedures and controls.
  • Work on projects/ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Demonstrate team player qualities within Investor Services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Investor Services role in a Hedge Fund Administrator.
  • Experience with HWM Mantra would be an advantage.
