Royal Bank of Canada is a leading investment and wealth management firm that prioritizes relationships and client success. We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate, supporting our Investment Advisory Team in Waterloo, Ontario.

Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career in the financial industry, working closely with an established Investment Advisory Team. As a Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Creating marketing materials, presentations, and social media content to promote our services
  • Organizing events, webinars, and presentations to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support for new account onboarding and account updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Futures and Options Licensing or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
