About the Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities, a leading investment and wealth management firm, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Investment Advisory Team and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand our existing client base.
  2. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, private bankers, and other industry professionals.
  4. Provide administrative support to the Investment Advisory Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
Requirements
  1. Substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  4. Futures and Options Licensing or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
