Interior Health is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst II to join the Information Management Information Technology (IMIT)/Desktop Management Service team in Kelowna.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and consultation for desktop, mobile, and peripheral systems.
- Install, configure, and test hardware and software to ensure efficient operation.
- Consult with client departments to meet individual and corporate requirements.
- Evaluate new technologies and hardware/software to determine optimum system configuration.
- Develop and maintain user and technical operating documentation.
- Provide training to IT technical personnel and end-users.
- Grade 12 graduation from a recognized two-year computer systems technology diploma.
- Three years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
