Job Summary

The City of Ottawa's Community & Social Services department is responsible for delivering a range of social services to support individuals and families in need. As a Social Services Case Manager, you will play a critical role in assessing the needs of clients, determining eligibility for various programs and services, and providing support in personal, social, and employment planning.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Language Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to meet the language requirements for the position, which may include English, French, or bilingual competencies.

Police Record Check

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check with the Police Services detachment in their jurisdiction to the City of Ottawa's satisfaction.
