Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and performing cycle counts.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments to ensure quality and accuracy, and report any discrepancies to the relevant stakeholders.
- Product Delivery: Manage the flow of products from the warehouse to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Inventory Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and performing cycle counts.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum grade 12 education.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment is an asset.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications: WHIMIS, Safe Food Handling, and Smart Serve certifications are required.
