We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health Care Aide to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Assist with medication administration, including BP monitoring, catheter care, and mobility exercises.
  • Monitor resident well-being, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Perform other related duties, such as common area cleaning, laundry, and resident care assignments.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized service plans.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a Care Aid certificate program.
  • Medication Certification.
  • Current First Aid/CPR training and experience with medication assistance.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check (Ontario applicants) or Criminal Records Check (British Columbia applicants).
