Job Title: GSE Purchaser

The GSE Purchaser plays a critical role in maintaining our inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft. This position requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Process incoming requisitions and prepare orders for parts and supplies
• Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
• Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials
• Identify, label, and catalogue items received
• Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment
• Manage schedules and plan work for mechanics
• Communicate with outside vendors for follow-up on repairs
• Perform other tasks as necessary and required by the company

Requirements:

• Background/knowledge of automotive, industrial, and heavy-duty aftermarket parts
• 5 years of applicable experience
• Ability to use various computer programs
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Valid Class G Driver's License
• Forklift certification an asset
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bilingual

Employment Conditions:

• Work location: Air Inuit Technical Center - Montreal-Trudeau airport
• 37.5 hours per week (Modified work weeks are offered to help our employees balance their work/home life)
• Company-provided uniform

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation and benefits are determined in accordance with corporate policy
• Hourly wage starting at $24.63
