Position Description:
En poursuivant sa stratégie d'innovation, CGI a mis sur pied sa Pratique " low code " volet Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform afin d'accompagner ses clients dans la conception et le développement de solutions sur mesure. Depuis, cette pratique est maintenant reconnue comme un chef de file de l'industrie et gère certains des plus grands chantiers en développement " low code " (programmation schématisée) au Canada.

Pour ce faire, CGI est à la recherche de spécialistes curieux, talentueux, dynamiques et créatifs ayant une expérience avec les technologies Microsoft Azure, .NET Core, C# et Angular qui pourront contribuer à enrichir cette pratique. Le profil recherché est innovateur, ambitieux et soucieux de l'efficience avec un intérêt marqué pour la modernisation, la transformation numérique et les technologies montantes de " programmation schématisée " (" low-code ").

CGI est à la recherche d'un architecte de solution pour rejoindre une cellule de développement agile dans le cadre d'un des plus grands projets de développement en programmation schématisée (" low code ") à ce jour. C'est une opportunité unique de participer à un projet d'envergure de modernisation et d'évolution d'une application complexe et critique appartenant à un système de mission. C'est donc une occasion de vous joindre à une équipe en croissance ayant une forte connaissance et une synergie d'équipe solide.

Vos futures tâches et responsabilités :
En tant qu'architecte Solutions, vous accompagnerez les travaux d'architecture de refonte ou d'alignement stratégique des solutions de gestion de la relation client.

A ce titre, vous assisterez nos clients dans l'analyse de leur besoin de transformation (identifier les enjeux stratégiques, les parties prenantes, le périmètre).

Vous analyserez les architectures existantes impactées par la transformation.

Vous proposerez les scénarios d'architecture cible (recherche de solutions, évaluation des offres du marché), et le cas échéant vous présenterez la trajectoire de transformation nécessaire.

Votre rôle d'Architecte vous permettra d'intervenir dans plusieurs cadres :

- Missions de conseil amont (aide au choix, études préalables, cadrages ),
- Accompagnement de nos équipes et de nos clients dans la réalisation des projets (expertise, conseil fonctionnel et technique ),
- Assurer la veille technologique
-Participer aux estimations de projets et efforts de récits
- Contribuer au développement de nos partenariats Éditeurs
- Participer à l'évolution de nos offres Relation Client
- Encadrer des profils juniors
- Contribuer à l'animation de la communauté des Solutions de Relation Clients
- Être garant des scénarii d'architecture proposés et du co-pilotage de la trajectoire et démarche de mise en œuvre avec l'équipe projet
- Développement business : up selling/cross selling

Malgré l'expansion du travail à distance, la proximité fait partie de l'ADN de CGI et reste un élément clé dans le développement d'une relation partenariale. Ainsi, il est possible que vous soyez amené(e) à effectuer des déplacements ponctuels aussi bien pour rencontrer nos clients que vos collègues sur nos autres sites.

Qualifications requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :
- Capacité à travailler avec différentes parties prenantes (métiers, IT ou direction)
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans les solutions de Microsoft Dynamics et/ou Power Platform en tant qu'architecte de solution
- Appétences pour développer les usages de l'IA de la relation client
- Leadership et capacité d'animation
