Job Summary:
The Expert, Telephony & Contact Center Solution Architect/Product Management translates business requirements into product roadmaps and defines end-to-end solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture and corporate directives. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive IT enterprise platform products and solutions, ensuring alignment with strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Document existing technology portfolio and propose improvements
- Evaluate Voice and infrastructure technologies
- Implement data center and network initiatives
- Provide architectural oversight
- Align specialized architects in projects
- Manage architectural risk mitigation
- Customer partnering and support
- Evolving Product Roadmaps
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years in a similar role
- Experience in Voice solutions architecture
- Leadership experience and overseeing deliverables
- Education in Computer Science or equivalent
Competencies:
- Inspiring communications and leadership
- Problem-solving and industry expertise
- Organizational and planning abilities
- Collaboration with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience with IP Telephony and Contact Center Technologies
- Knowledge of IT security practices

- Agile architectures and network automation knowledge
- Certification in IT security and ITIL concepts
- Proficiency in office tools and familiarity with Service Now
