Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop relationships with potential clients, including retailers, restaurants, and event organizers.
    • Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers.
  2. Market Knowledge & Strategy
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and the needs of the market.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, providing feedback to our product and marketing teams.
  3. Product Knowledge
    • Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including taste profiles, production processes, and unique selling points.
    • Conduct product tastings and presentations for clients and at industry events.
  4. Reporting & Analysis
    • Track sales data and provide feedback and forecasts to the management team.
    • Attend regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and report on market situations.
  5. Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and other function team to create effective sales campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries and address any customer concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in beverage sales is a must, preferably in the non-alcoholic wine sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • A passion for the non-alcoholic wine industry and a drive to see it grow.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
