Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop relationships with potential clients, including retailers, restaurants, and event organizers.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers.
- Market Knowledge & Strategy
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and the needs of the market.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts, providing feedback to our product and marketing teams.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including taste profiles, production processes, and unique selling points.
- Conduct product tastings and presentations for clients and at industry events.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales data and provide feedback and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and report on market situations.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and other function team to create effective sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries and address any customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in beverage sales is a must, preferably in the non-alcoholic wine sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- A passion for the non-alcoholic wine industry and a drive to see it grow.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
