Banquet Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at Delta Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of memorable.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, according to our recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.
• Prepare fresh garnishes and ingredients for drinks, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
• Stock and maintain inventory of supplies, including ice, glassware, and paper products.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure seamless service.
• Process all payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
• Count and reconcile bank at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
