Job Summary

As a Banquet Bartender at Delta Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests. You will work closely with our events team to ensure that every detail is taken care of, from the initial consultation to the final farewell. Your expertise in mixology and knowledge of our beverage menu will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that all beverage pairings are expertly matched
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in mixology

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
