Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and engaging atmosphere in our stores, fostering a sense of community and connection with our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, using this knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and solutions to our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store visual standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs, using this knowledge to inform and inspire our customers.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, sharing ideas and best practices with colleagues and leadership.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
