Job Title: Producer Liaison

Ag Jobs Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Producer Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our producers, ensuring the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to producers on egg production, grading, and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular farm visits to assess egg quality, production processes, and overall farm operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance producer satisfaction and egg quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice to producers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the egg industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of egg production, grading, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
