Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our architectural practice, you will be responsible for preparing working drawings, documentation, and coordinating with external consultants to produce high-quality documents for construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare working drawings and documentation using Revit
  • Coordinate with architectural and engineering disciplines to produce well-coordinated documents
  • Review and comment on contract documents, specifications, and shop drawing submittals
  • Site review and meeting coordination
  • Reporting and issuance of certificates for payment
  • Consultant coordination and liaison

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in an architectural firm
  • Diploma in Architectural Technology
  • Proficient user of Revit and Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge and experience in construction administration
  • Experience working with mid-rise (wood frame) and high-rise projects
  • Strong communication skills
