Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business requirements to identify technology-based solutions that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with customers across the organization to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and impact.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery and project success.
  • Manage project expectations and engage with stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Optimize business processes through the innovative application of Salesforce technologies.
  • Customize and manage the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Project Scope Management and Project Customer Management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Admin capabilities is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Working Arrangements

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days a week in our office. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.

Our working arrangements may change based on project requirements and business needs. We will always be clear about role expectations.
