About the Opportunity

The OPOR Sr. OCM Analyst reports to the Director of Clinical Engagement , and is an integral part of the Clinical Engagement (CE) team. This position will be responsible for supporting a range of change management activities through data-driven insights and will involve leveraging data to inform and enhance change management strategies, ensuring that change initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and evaluated. This position will collaborate closely with project teams, partners, and leadership to drive successful organizational change.

The OPOR Sr. OCM Analyst will be committed to a high standard of performance and will provide support across the OPOR program to leverage data to guide change management strategies and activities. Aligned with OPOR's strategic mission, vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities include the collection, analysis and interpretation of data related to change initiatives, including partner feedback, adoption rates, and impact assessments to guide change management strategies and decisions; support of Change Management Activities through collaboration with the Clinical Engagement (CE) team to develop and refine change management plans, incorporating data-driven insights to tailor strategies to specific needs and challenges; conducting detailed Change Impact Analyses to identify the potential impact of change initiatives on various departments and teams, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance adoption; development of performance metrics to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change management efforts; development of dashboards and reports that highlight trends, successes, and areas for improvement; production of data that supports partner analysis and engagement strategies, assess readiness, and support the development of targeted communication and training plans to foster buy-in and support; creation of comprehensive documentation, including data reports, analysis summaries, and presentations; communication of findings and recommendations to various audiences, including senior leadership and project teams. This role is provincial in nature, therefore a balance of remote and onsite presence is required, OPOR provides equipment to work remote and travel with. Travel time may increase at different points in project, depending on project and clinical team needs, OPOR follows NSHA Travel Policy and Reimbursement protocols.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Degree or diploma in an Information Technology, Business Analysis or Health Related discipline. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Technology, Business Analysis or Health Related field
  • 2+ years experience with data analysis tools and software, data visualization tools and demonstrated statistical knowledge for data analysis
  • Experience and/or training with healthcare information systems and terminology an asset
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or organizational change management an asset
  • Ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficult scenarios to clinical and business staff
  • Working knowledge of basic systems principles, theories and concepts within healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of health care and technology industry best practice relating to data analytics
  • Ability to solve a range of complex problems; identify innovative solutions; and, use clinical best practice knowledge of internal and/or external business issues to maximize change management efforts
  • Experience creating summary documentation based on evaluation and analysis
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse partners to solve high risk, complex issues
  • Experience in transformational or process analysis to support change management principles
  • Ability to clearly communicates Nova Scotia Health and OPOR's vision, mission and values
  • Experience in working with patient care leaders

Compensation and Benefits

$ $45.42 Hourly
