Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Quantitative & Technology Services' (QTS) Data, Cloud & Compute team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing high-performance data and compute capabilities used across all of Capital Markets' technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and partner with technology teams across Capital Markets to understand their business needs, use-cases, datasets, and analytical requirements.
  • Assess product-fit and facilitate the smooth adoption of the Aperture platform.
  • Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Gather requirements, document them, and work with senior stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze incoming data sets, develop detailed requirements around sourcing solutions, and identify data accuracy requirements.
  • Communication and Planning: Participate in reviews, user acceptance testing, implementation planning, and post-implementation validations.
Requirements
  • Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/Capital Markets.
  • Excellent data analysis and solid background dealing with complex software products.
  • Ability to work independently, apply critical and strategic thinking to issues, and manage deadlines.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies.
  • Data analysis expertise (e.g., using SQL, Tableau, or Python).
